absolutely hilarious how some of these carry over from my January post. Anyway, drew up a Gantt chart, gave myself deadlines and wrote this post (makes the sign of the cross). All the best hwa.

Priorities

SVT Manifesto: It’s spiralling out of control because each chapter is getting longer. Seungcheol’s was 800w, Minghao’s currently is…. 2000w... and still unfinished…. I want this expelled from my brain because I’ve been working on this since… October 2019? (deadline: within 2 weeks)

GyuHao Translation: First draft done! Now onto editing and hopefully I’ll do more of this author’s works in the future. (deadline: TODAY)

you can be king again: ah yes, my enduring dawn fill that was due in July… the ideas are there I just need to get the momentum back. Been psyching myself back up by jotting down /why/ I need to write this and /what/ I wanted to write and that helped a lot. There’s also a twist in the last part that was one of the first scenes I wrote and 50% of the reason I wanted to write this. I’ve also worked on this in… 6 countries now, alas another transit fic. (500w per day, within 2 weeks?)

12 Loves: a Minghao-centric story based off my personal post in March. Inspired gusari’s knb dj love at age 30 as well as klavier’s give me a tempest (fake-marriage-for-immigration AU!!). I want to write a love that does not grow easily because I also tend to cop out with ‘and they knew at first sight they were meant for each other’. Having that problem with king again as well but the process is teaching me to think about relationships and why people fall in love. I especially want to work with a perseverant Mingyu vs. resistant Minghao. Also it’s Everyone/Minghao because I’m biased like that. (deadline: end of Sept)
